Sales man a bit nervous and kept forgetting things we had told him but over all a good attentive sales man.
Everything was discussed with me, I was given explanations about why a course of action was needed prior to the work being undertaken. I was given a time scale as to how long the work would take, along with an explanation of the cost involved.
Timely; new Countryman as the courtesy car.

I had no issues with the service but had some problems with the TLC XL package. Jason Child sorted this out very efficiently for me. I felt a valued customer. All the staff at the centre were very courteous.
Following some really poor customer service from BMW Marshall in Grimsby, I decided to switch my mini to Sober Lincoln based on my first hand experience when servicing my other BMW. The whole team are engaged working as Oneteam to add extra value.
It would have been nice to get arrival date a bit sooner

Excellent customer service
Would have been completely satisfied but wasn't told that I would need to be over BMW on a Saturday for the service so waited until 8am then had to wait to hand over keys when was in a rush to be at work on time.. otherwise great.
Turned up with issue, professionally dealt with and issue resolved - no fuss
Over all very satisfied. The only issue I found is if soper ever suggested they would ring us back with information that never happened. I always had to call again.
I was told my car would get a full wash and vac, however only the wheels were washed and the rest just had water prayed over it. The car wasn't clean and inside hadn't been touched at all.
Note the above same as previously stated. Made a call and heard nothing.
