Booked my car in for a service to find I would have to bring it in for three WHOLE days as they couldnÂ’t complete everything in one day. Being self employed, this meant losing 3 full days of wages.

The service was first class. Staff very friendly and helpful. Reason for the drop in star was that the car was checked over for lots of different points apart from the tyre pressure. The next time I went out in the car the warning light came on.

Only reason I wasn't completely satisfied was because on the drive home a fault signal showed on the dash indicating the key fob battery needed changing. This was a shame as I then had to travel back the following day, approx 20 miles to get it fixed

I had no issues with the service but had some problems with the TLC XL package. Jason Child sorted this out very efficiently for me. I felt a valued customer. All the staff at the centre were very courteous.
