Can I benefit from MINI 5 Day DriveAway Car Insurance as well as the 12 month offer?
No, the 12 month offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other insurance offer.
What if I’m not eligible?
Unfortunately you won’t be able to benefit from the offer & will need to source your own insurance cover.
If I meet the eligibility listed, will I definitely be able to get the offer?
The eligibility details listed are not exclusive and whilst most customers will be eligible, there may be other factors not listed that would mean that the offer or cover cannot be provided.
How will I know if I’m definitely eligible?
When you activate the cover you will be asked to provide information, including details about you and your MINI if you are eligible, the 12 month free promotion will be presented automatically at the top of the screen.
Is Legal Expenses cover or NCB protection included in the offer?
No, but Legal Expenses cover and NCB protection can be purchased as an add on. ( No Claims Bonus (NCB) Protection is only available if you have earned at least 4 years NCB at inception of the policy.
Why are payment details collected when activating the offer?
Payment details are collected to enable you to add cover such as Legal Expenses and NCB Protection at any time in the 12 month offer period and so that you can continue to benefit from MINI Flex Car Insurance at the end of the offer period, if you choose to.
Will I be able to earn a year’s NCB during the offer period?
Yes, you can earn NCB during the 12 months offer period.
What if I sell my car, can I transfer the offer to another vehicle?
No, the offer is not transferable.
What happens at the end of the 12 months?
We will contact you prior to the end of the offer period to confirm your premium so you can continue to benefit from MINI Flex Car Insurance after the offer period has finished.
You are under no obligation to continue your cover after the offer period has ended, and can cancel at any time with no cancellation charges.
